· Experience leading/facilitating structured group training sessions covering lead generation, contracts, negotiations, marketing, client relations, etc.

· Experience 1 on 1 mentorship weekly to develop skills and grow business, goal setting, time management, business planning, overcoming challenges, client objections, reviewing contracts, listings, transaction deals, teaching agents effective lead generation, networking, digital marketing, referral building, monitoring agents progress, hold them accountable.

· Experience in market trends and industry best practices.

· I have exceptional communication, leadership, problem solving skills, a passion for helping new agents succeed in the Real Estate Industry, familiarity with Real Estate CRM systems, marketing platforms, transaction management software, lead generation software.
